Cancellation & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order has completed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time as mentioned in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • You receive a unusuable, damaged item.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • You have simply changed your mind, this includes returns where you have selected a size of an item that doesn’t fit you, or where you simply selected the wrong product.

The buyer pays for return shipping (if applicable).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page.
